Our Yoga Teacher: Heike Sachs
About Heike Sachs:
"I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years now and truly enjoy the lifelong journey of learning, sharing, caring, understanding and giving. In 2002 I deep- dived into the ancient knowledge of yoga in India and the experiences I made there left a deep footprint in my soul.
Working on my awareness constantly - on a physical as well as on a mental level helped me to heal and to thrive and to live my life with a deeper sense of peace. We all collect injuries during our time on this planet, the practice of yoga helps create awareness about the wounds and to heal and grow into who we really are. I love sharing my knowledge and walking that path together with my students"
