BIS offers Open Days at City Campus in Munich and in Haimhausen/Register now online!

Bavarian International School gAG (BIS) extends a warm invitation to interested parents and their children to three upcoming Open Days. Both International families (expats) and German families are equally welcome. The Open Days offer the opportunity to take a very personal look behind the scenes at the IB World School, which currently attracts approximately 1,200 students from 56 nations and 44 native languages under the motto "Believe. Inspire. Succeed."

Each program includes a welcome speech by School Director Dr. Chrissie Sorenson, presentations on educational philosophy by the respective principals, a charming tour with student ambassadors and a concluding question and answer session. "We are delighted to be able to present prospective parents and their children with two campuses, a modern learning environment and associated pedagogical guidelines, our values and our international spirit," says Dr. Chrissie Sorenson. BIS stands for a holistic and personalised education, an intercultural and open-minded atmosphere of learning together in a modern environment. The international school strives to develop motivated, confident, responsible life-long-learners who make a difference to our world.

The next Open Day especially for the Secondary School will take place on Tuesday, 18 February 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the Haimhausen Campus of BIS. On Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 1 p.m. another Open Day will follow at the City Campus of BIS - this campus in Leopoldstraße in Munich-Schwabing was first opened in 2016 and accommodates the Early Childhood Center for children from 3 years of age (Kindergarten) and the Primary School (grades 1 - 5). To get to know the entire school on a particularly colourful, intercultural day, BIS also combines their "International Festival" with an open day: Sunday, 17 May 2020 at 10:45 a.m.

To take part in an "Open Day" it is essential to register in advance using the online form on the BIS website:
