In every relationship, you experience moments of true love, but do they seem to come and go? What if you could maintain this quality always?
Everything that human beings have created on this planet was essentially first created in our minds. So how we organize and focus our minds will decide the direction our life flows. Using the power of the mind to create what one wants in his life is called Chit Shakti. The Chit Shakti guided meditation included in the workshop will help you to manifest love in your life.
Love is not what you do. Love is the way you are. That means a sweetness of emotion has come into you. If you pick up a vessel, you do so lovingly. If you touch another person, you do so lovingly. Even if there is no one else around, you sit there lovingly. You need to change your concept of love. Love is not about someone else – it’s about you. Because of the sweetness of emotion within you, your life becomes beautiful. Whatever may happen, success or failure, your life will be sweet.
Free Yoga and Meditation Session
- The workshop is open to all over 7 years of age and does not require any fitness level or previous exposure to yoga
- Workshop is held for 45mins to allow interaction and the possibility to ask questions in the end.
- The practices taught can be done anywhere between 5 to 21 minutes.
- Ongoing online support will be made available after the session.
