About the Speaker


Ulrike Homuth


Ulrike Homuth was born in Berlin, Germany and moved to Munich 5 years ago. After years of working in the cruise industry traveling the world, she now appreciates living in one place and still be in touch with international people. Her journey into health began with her pregnancy, when she realized that she had to take care of herself first, before she could help others.
To become an expert in this field she studied nutrition at the Deventos Academy in Munich followed by a training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York and as a Yoga teacher at Yoga Circle Berlin Academy. Today she offers not only yoga classes and movement workshops, but also lectures on different health topics combining ancient wisdom with the latest studies. In her personalized one-on-one Coaching you’ll work on small, easy-to- implement changes tailored to your unique situation and learn how to balance important elements of your life.
